Built on the site of an old printing factory (hence the name), The Printworks is the result of a partnership between Waterloo Housing and Warwick District Council to remove an old, derelict building from the Warwick conservation area and replace it with modern affordable rent properties in keeping with the local area. The development has been built by Jessup Brothers, based on plans by the architects SP Faizey.
