Waterloo Housing has appointed Kegworth-based Geda Construction to begin work on 40 new homes in Lincolnshire.
The housing development in Long Sutton will comprise of twenty 1, 2 and 3 bed homes for affordable rent and a further 20 1, 2 and 3 bed homes for shared ownership.
The £6million pound development is being supported by grant funding from Homes England.
Neil Adie, Group Development Director (East) said : “We are happy to be working in partnership with South Holland District Council, Homes England and GEDA Construction to provide much need affordable housing for rent and shared ownership for local people.”

Waterloo Housing has previously appointed GEDA Construction on a number of schemes in Lincolnshire including the design and build of 106 new homes in Horncastle.
The scheme is due to be completed in October 2020.
Waterloo Housing is part of Platform Housing Group which provides more than 45,000 homes from Herefordshire in the West to the Lincolnshire coast in the East, and from the Derbyshire Dales in the North to the Cotswolds in the South.
