Getting your feedback on our customer portal ‘Your Waterloo’

Waterloo Housing Group relies on feedback from our customers to help ensure that we are delivering the services you want in a way which meets your needs.

Starting in May 2018, we will be working with an independent company called Voicescape to carry out an SMS text message survey of selected tenants. The survey will not go out to all of our tenants and will specifically look at getting feedback about our customer portal ‘Your Waterloo’.

Your feedback counts: if you receive an SMS text message please take part in the survey as you could be in with a chance to win a £50 gift voucher. You will have one week after you receive the SMS text message to reply to be in with a chance of winning. Please see terms and conditions for more information.

Who is taking part in the survey?

In the next few weeks Voicescape will be contacting customers who received a letter to automatically register with Your Waterloo but have not yet done so.

How will the surveys be carried out?

Voicescape will send up to three SMS messages to customers asking questions to establish why they have not yet registered at Your Waterloo.  The survey should take no longer than one minute to complete.
There is an option for customers to discuss their responses in further detail and if you select this option a member of our Contact Centre Team will contact you within 10 working days.
