Waterloo Housing Group has now re-opened with our usual business hours, and would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!
Following the holiday closure, today is one of the busiest days of the year for our Contact Centre and we have an average wait time of 11 minutes.
In order to allow us to help urgent or emergency callers as quickly as possible, please consider whether your call could be dealt with online via Your Waterloo (our resident's portal), using this website, or by e-mailing: email@example.com.
Alternatively, if you need to speak to a member of staff but it is not an urgent priority you may find it more convenient to call back later in the week
