All change for My Waterloo

My Waterloo is now being phased out with the launch of Your Waterloo - our new customer portal

Your Waterloo offers all the same functionality as My Waterloo did and much more besides. You will need to register again for Your Waterloo, but we have dispatched a mailer to our customers which contains the information you need to register and some guidance. Our contact centre are also ready to help if needed on 0800 435 016.

As My Waterloo is being phased out, we have removed the links to it from this website and put a notification on the home and login pages explaining that you will need to start to move over to Your Waterloo. We think Your Waterloo is easier to use and access, and provides more services, so we hope you'll make the move to our new portal and see everything Your Waterloo has to offer.

You will still be able to use My Waterloo in the short term, however this will eventually be shut down in favour of the new Your Waterloo portal.

You may also experience difficulty accessing My Waterloo at times due to the change-over, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our contact centre are available to deal with enquiries on 0800 435 016 if you are unable to access My Waterloo, or you can try registering with Your Waterloo if you have received your mailer.
