AC Lloyd are the main contractor for the development, producing the 160 affordable rent and shared ownership properties for Waterloo Housing and Waterloo Home. They began construction work on 3rd October 2016 and the scheme is being constructed in phases, with an aim to complete final handover of all properties by the end of 2020 / start of 2021.
Station Approach is being built in partnership with Warwick District Council, and will include a new council owned 100 space car park and an improved cycle-path to the station via the underpass off Avenue Road
This is a large development, and inevitably there will necessarily be a certain level of impact on existing residents of the area and users of the current car park. We will post regular updates and news items on this page in order to keep you informed

Warwickshire County Council has made a temporary traffic order closing Station Approach to vehicular traffic. This will commence on Monday 16th October 2017 and is expected to be completed on 1st December 2019.
