When you move into your home, you will be sent an Easypay card to help you to pay your rent.
You will not need to use your card if you pay by direct debit or standing order, but please keep it safe in case you need it in the future.
Your Easypay card contains a unique 19 digit identification or payment reference number. This is linked to your rent account and is used to identify you when you make a payment. The card itself has no value and is not a payment card.
Make sure you keep your card safe. You will need it to register with the online or telephone payment services, or to identify yourself when you make payments over the counter.
You will only be given one Easypay card per household unless you have more than one account.
If you have other accounts, such as a garage account, you will receive a separate card for each account you have with us.
Please contact us for a replacement by calling 0333 200 7304 and select 'option 3' or email email@example.com. Your card has no monetary value so is of no use to anyone else.
