Grounds Maintenance Satisfaction Survey

As you may be aware, Idverde took over the Grounds Maintenance works for Waterloo Housing on 1 March 2019

We would appreciate your involvement via the below survey to provide us with accurate customer feedback so that we can raise any concerns in relation to service delivery with the new contractor for Grounds Maintenance: Idverde.

As per the contract, grass cutting should be carried out for up to a maximum of 22 cuts per year during the growing season. This means about 2 visits a month to each site. Adverse weather conditions such as extreme wet or dry periods can affect the schedule and timings.

We will send you a text reminder during June, July and August so that when Idverde has visited your site you can access the survey for that month. We can then monitor your satisfaction with the service provided over the summer months.

Please be aware that each site is different so not all of the works listed in the survey will necessarily be carried out in your community - please tick the "not applicable" box if this is the case.
