As a Mystery Shopper you will work independently to test the service delivered by us. It's a great way to get involved if you haven't volunteered before and want to spare an hour a month helping to make a difference.
You will use a range of methods to check that Waterloo are delivering a service that meets the needs of it’s tenants. This could include phoning or emailing staff to test their knowledge, checking the information on the website is accurate or testing customer facing software and new services proposed by Waterloo.
You will have access to training to help you carry out the duties expected of a Mystery Shopper, this will include:
Mystery Shop projects will typically be issued monthly, and each project will take no more than 30 minutes.
