For all enquiries, including emergency repairs, call our Contact Centre on 0800 435 016 (before 1st August 2018) or 0345 600 6055 (on or after 1st August 2018).
Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm for most enquiries
You can also call us outside these hours to report emergencies (including emergency repairs) only, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Routine repairs should be logged through Your Waterloo, and as such from 1st August 2018 you will now only be able to report non-emergency repairs to our contact centre between 10:30 and 15:30, Monday to Friday.
At the same time, we will be changing from our old 0800 number to a new local rate telephone number for our Contact Centre: 0345 600 6055.
Both these changes are due to come into effect from 1st August 2018.
This will allow us to spend more time dealing with emergency repairs and other calls made to ensure we provide you with a high quality customer service. Remember that emergency repairs can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call us on 0800 435 016 (before 1st August 2018) or 0345 600 6055 (on or after 1st August 2018) to report these.
