Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm for most enquiries
You can also call us outside these hours to report emergencies (including emergency repairs) only, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Routine repairs should be logged through Your Waterloo, and as such you can only report non-emergency repairs to our contact centre between 10:30 and 15:30, Monday to Friday.
This will allow us to spend more time dealing with emergency repairs and other calls made to ensure we provide you with a high quality customer service. Remember that emergency repairs can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call us on 0345 600 6055 to report these.
