Value for money

We are committed to achieving value for money for our customers and other key stakeholders. Our strategy sets out our approach to achieving continuous improvement in our performance on running costs and the use of our assets.

It is a regulatory requirement that housing associations publish a self-assessment which sets out how they are achieving value for money.  Our self-assessment statement explains how we have achieved this in delivering our business objectives.
