RENT MANAGEMENT

HOW TO PAY

Rent is due monthly on the first day of each month and is paid in advance. If you would like to pay your rent at different intervals (weekly for example) please ask your housing officer to help you work out how much to pay.

Rent payment card

The best way of paying your rent is by using your 'allpay' rent payment swipe card. This can by used in many payment outlets. Your housing officer can tell you where the closest is to you, or visit www.allpay.net

To pay, simply hand the card and payment to the cashier and say how much you wish to pay. The cashier will process your payment and hand back your card with a receipt which you should keep until the payment appears on your rent statement.

You can use the card at:

Post Offices

You can pay by cash, debit card or cheque payable to 'Post Office Limited'.

Shops

Many local and high street shops accept payments.

You may pay using cash or debit card at any shop displaying the PayZone sign.

You may pay using cash only at any shop displaying the Pay-Point sign.

Please remember that shop cashiers can't deal with rent queries. If you have or call Waterloo's rents team on 0121 362 8969.

Waterloo offices

You can pay at our Head Office in Sutton Coldfield or our Area Offices in Atherstone and Kidderminster. We are sorry but the Parkfields Office cannot accept payments. Just hand over your card with your payment and collect your receipt.

Log onto www.allpay.net and follow the onscreen instruction to pay by debit or credit card.

By Telephone

Call 08702 436040 and follow the simple instructions to pay your rent by debit or credit card.

By Direct Debit or Standing Order

You may find it more convenient to pay by standing order or direct debit. Please ask your housing officer for a form. Fill it in and return it to your bank.

By Post

You can send a cheque to: Waterloo House, 76-78 Boldmere Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B73 5TJ.

Please write your name and address on the back. Cheques should be made payable to Waterloo Housing Association or Waterloo Housing Society (West Midlands) Limited.
