Your Waterloo now available to all Waterloo Housing Group tenants

Your Waterloo, our residents' portal, is now available to former Acclaim, Dales and Seven Locks Housing tenants!

And that's not all - we're also making registration easier for everyone:

If you are not yet registered on Your Waterloo, we will be sending you two letters in the post over the coming months. These letters will make signing up straightforward as we have set you up with your own unique identifier and activation code.

You don't need to wait for these letters though - you are welcome to sign up at any time by visiting, and will just need your tenancy reference number (which you can find on your rent statement), and an e-mail address. If you have any problems during sign up, you can call us on 0800 435 016 and one of our staff members will be happy to walk through the process with you.

Your Waterloo is quick, easy, and already being used by thousands of Waterloo Housing customers. It's totally secure and enables you to do the following at the touch of a button, anywhere, anytime:

  • Check your rent account balance
  • Make a payment or set up a direct debit
  • Update your contact details
  • Report and keep track of any non-emergency repairs at a time that suits you
  • Find out useful information about your home
  • Check your tenancy documents
  • Send, receive and keep track of messages between you and Waterloo
  • Give us your feedback
  • Access details about your home

In the very near future, you will also be able to report any anti-social behaviour using Your Waterloo too.
