Turn on your boiler, and check that the radiators in your home are functioning and heating rooms to the required level.

The Group are sad to inform you that a resident has died following a fire at Elizabeth House, Leicester on Sunday.
The fire was on the 9th floor and was contained to one flat.
Our on-site concierge raised the alarm and the Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service attended.
The Group are working closely with the authorities to identify the cause of the fire.
Our thoughts are with the resident's family.
A Briefing Note is being prepared today to be sent to all residents in the block . We work closely with Leicester Fire and Rescue Service who will be present on site at Elizabeth House between 9am and 1pm on Thursday 31st August 2017. They will be door knocking and available in the lobby area to reassure residents of any concerns that they may have regarding this incident and answer any questions they have on fire safety.
