Your Waterloo, the new residents' portal, is now live! You will receive your invitation through the post shortly

Your Waterloo is our new residents' self-service portal.

It is accessible on a desktop or laptop PC/Mac using your browser, or via an App available on Google Play and the Apple App Store

Using Your Waterloo you will be able to:

  • Check your rent account and make payments
  • Report and keep track of repairs quickly and easily, at a time that suits you
  • Access details about your home
  • Send, receive and keep track of messages between you and Waterloo
  • Update your contact details

And you don't just have to take our word for it, here's what one of our registered tenants thought:

Also coming soon are features to allow you to: give feedback; check, download and print off your tenancy documents; report anti-social behaviour; and find out about booked appointments.

You will need a copy of the invitation mailer we are sending out in order to register.

Your Waterloo allows you to quickly and easily access services you need, when you need them. 

Unfortunately this service is not available to Acclaim (Dales and Seven Locks) Housing Group tenants at this time.
