  • New life for historic Gas Works

    Working in partnership with Warwick District Council and local building contractor Manton, we have given a new lease of life to a significant historic Warwick landmark that has lain empty for more than a decade. 22 affordable new homes have been built on the site of the former Gas Works and fire station on Albert Street in Warwick.
