Set to build 1,600 homes

Our new £39m contract with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) will see us deliver 1,600 new affordable homes by 2015.


The agreement is the first to be signed in the Midlands as part of the HCA’s Affordable Homes Programme.

Investors in Diversity

We are pleased to announce that we have been successful in achieving the Investors in Diversity accreditation (level 2).

 

The standard is awarded by the National Centre for Diversity who assessed us using various sources of information including interviews with staff and surveys with customers.
