Your Waterloo is a quick, easy and secure way to check your rent account and tenancy details, report and monitor repairs, get in touch, and much more besides...

Your Waterloo is our resident self-service portal.

It is accessible using your browser at, or via an App available on Google Play and the Apple App Store (just search "Your Waterloo")

Using Your Waterloo are able to:

  • Check your rent account balance
  • Make a payment or set up a direct debit
  • Update your contact details
  • Report and keep track of any non-emergency repairs at a time that suits you
  • Find out useful information about your home
  • Check your tenancy documents
  • Send, receive and keep track of messages between you and Waterloo
  • Give us your feedback
  • Access details about your home

In the very near future, you will also be able to report anti-social behaviour using Your Waterloo.

When you sign a tenancy with Waterloo, we will provide you with your own unique identifier and activation code. If you are an existing tenant, these will have been sent to you in a letter.

If you have any problems during sign up, you can call us on 0800 435 016 and one of our staff members will be happy to walk through the process with you.

Your Waterloo allows you to quickly and easily access services you need, when you need them.
