Waterloo Housing Group works with several different grounds maintenance contractors across our areas of operation. These will sometimes changes depending on their contract terms and/or customer feedback. As of September 2017, we have appointed new contractors to cover some of our areas:

What is the maintenance specification?
The specification varies within each operational area and from scheme to scheme depending on the type of work required on each site. If you would like to see the specification for your site, we are more than happy to make this available to you.
For example, a typical East/West Midlands specification might be :
Following feedback from customers we have increased the frequency of bush cutting from three to four times a year from the previous contract.

For all Operational areas, tree works are not included in the contracts and are dealt with separately.
Please note that in all operational areas the number of grass cuts may be affected by adverse climatic conditions such as long periods of rain or drought. This can have a knock on effect to the planned programme.
Will my Service Charge change?
There will be no immediate changes to your service charge. There may be changes to your service charge at the time of the next rent review, which will either be January 2018 or April 2018, depending on your tenancy agreement.
