As a Tenant Representative you would work with your Community Engagement Officer to ensure your neighbourhood is a safe, friendly and tidy place to live, and you will help us to deliver a service that addresses local issues in your neighbourhood.
To be a Tenant Representative you do not require any formal training.
The role of a Tenant Representative is very flexible, and as such the level of commitment can vary a lot. You could volunteer as little as a few minutes each month to provide Waterloo with periodic updates, or you could spend several hours each month working on community projects.
