ABOUT WATERLOO

Waterloo Housing Association is a major provider of affordable homes in the Midlands. Our key activities are managing affordable homes and working with local partners to develop new or improved homes for people in housing need.

As a not for profit organisation, we currently manage over 5,000 homes and plan to develop 300 more each year.

Two-thirds of our homes are for rent, to families and single people on low incomes and to elderly people requiring sheltered accommodation. We also manage retirement leasehold housing and homes to part-buy and part-rent through shared ownership.

Our head office is in Sutton Coldfield. We also have area offices in Kidderminster and Atherstone, and an estate office at Parkfields in Castle Bromwich.
