We try to give you the best service we can, but we know that things can go wrong and we make mistakes. If this happens, we want to know so we can try to put it right.

We collect information on the complaints we receive so that we can learn from them, but we treat the information you give us in the strictest confidence. We will only share the information within our organisation and with other agencies or contractors so that we can investigate your complaint fully.
