at Bucklands End available for shared ownership and rent. James Baker,
Waterloo's Home Ownership Manager says " Shared ownership is becoming more
popular and it's a good way for people on limited incomes to get a foot on the
property ladder at an affordable level."
The homes at Bucklands End
available for shared ownership allow residents to buy a share in the property
from Waterloo and pay a subsidised rent on the remainder. Shares are initially available
from as little as 25% and after 12 months further shares can be bought until the
property is owned outright by the resident.
