![]() To provide a good mix of housing for local people, Waterloo have created new homes at Brandwood available for shared ownership and outright sale. James Baker, Waterloo's Home Ownership Manager says " Shared ownership is becoming more popular and it's a good way for people on limited incomes to get a foot on the property ladder at an affordable level."
|
|
The homes at Brandwood End
available for shared ownership allow residents to buy a share in the property
from Waterloo and pay a subsidised rent on the remainder. Shares are initially available
from as little as 25% and after 12 months further shares can be bought until the
property is owned outright by the resident.
If you would like to know more about the Shared Ownership scheme at Brandwood End please visit the Sales section of the Waterloo web site. |
| Properties for rent at Brandwood End have already been pre-allocated for returners from the area. 'Returners' are residents originally from the Brandwood End area that Birmingham City Council relocate whilst their homes are demolished and rebuilt. This means that it is not possible to apply for rented accommodation at this regeneration scheme. If you are still interested in applying for rented accommodation in other areas with Waterloo, please contact the Allocations Department on 0121 362 8956 where an appointment will be made for you to have a telephone interview.
