Centurion Park, Horncastle

Our £12 million development in Horncastle is not only providing better housing for local people but also job opportunities.

The development off N'dola Drive and Churchill Avenue provides 106 new homes for rent and shared ownership, replacing some outdated flats. It features plenty of green open space and a toddler play area, and adjacent allotments are being improved and extended.

Philip, a local Waterloo tenant, found employment on the site with our building contractor Geda. He and his family moved into a new 2-bedroom house here when his old flat was demolished.

Philip is pleased to be able to stay in the area through the new affordable housing he is helping to build.

“It’s fantastic to see all the properties taking shape and for me to be part of the transformation of the area,”  he says."

East Lindsey District Council contributed £900,000 towards the new housing project, which was also supported by £2.1 million of government investment from the Homes and Communities Agency.
