MANAGEMENT TEAM

Tony Taylor, Chief Executive

Tony is responsible for the effective management and performance of the Association. As Secretary of the Group he also has responsibility for statutory and regulatory requirements. Tony leads the Association's Management Team.

Helen Scarrett, Director of Housing Management

Helen has overall responsibility for the activities of Housing Management including three Area offices.

Tim Coates, Director of Home Ownership

Tim has overall responsibility for the activities of the Home Ownership Department which concentrates on shared ownership, retirement leasehold, and market rented schemes.

Debbie Banner, Director of Finance

Debbie has overall responsibility for the Finance Department's activities, including IT, and has particular involvement in Treasury Management.

Chris Jones, Director of Development & Regeneration

Chris has overall responsibility for development and regeneration, including new business and local authority liaison.
