MEET THE BOARD

Our board of management is made up of non-executive members with wide ranging skills. It includes representatives of Waterloo's tenants.

Michael Dufty, Chairman

Michael is a retired senior partner in a Birmingham firm of chartered accountants.

Sue Harris, Vice-Chairman

Sue is a marketing consultant for a range of companies.

Reginald Pottinger

Reginald is a consultant accountant. He is chairman of Waterloo Housing Society (West Midlands), our charitable subsidiary.

Steve Beetison

Steve is an independent financial adviser. He is vice-chairman of Waterloo Housing Society (West Midlands), our charitable subsidiary.

Derek Evans

Derek is a retired chartered quantity surveyor.

Rebecca Glover

Rebecca is a commercial property lawyer and partner in a major Birmingham-based legal firm.

David Heard

David is a business management consultant, who previously held managerial positions with Barclays Bank plc.

Jasvinder Hewitt

Jasvinder is an independent management consultant.

Mike Lorenz

Mike is a retired branch manager of the Nationwide Building Society.

Lythan Stevenson

Lythan is a former education inspector in Birmingham and now an educational consultant.

Arthur Taylor

Arthur is a retired business production manager for the Ideal Benefit Society.

Graham Turner

Graham is a retired solicitor who, until 2007, was a partner heading the Manchester office of leading social housing law firm Trowers and Hamlins.

Derek Waddington, OBE, JP

Derek is a former director of housing for Birmingham City Council. He has also been a board member of the Housing Corporation and a past president of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He is currently trustee of Foundations Independent Living Trust.

Tom Hughes

Tom is honorary resident advisor to our board, and chairman of Waterloo Residents Association. He is a retired accountant and business manager.
